Privacy
TBN should collect only the information needed for a declared purpose and protect prayer, pastoral care and testimony more strongly than ordinary enquiries.
Basic usage information may be used to understand whether pages and journeys are helpful. Sensitive form content must never be included in ordinary analytics.
TBN analytics do not keep the raw words of public search or Guide conversations. We may keep anonymous signals such as broad intent, topic, cited sources, whether an answer was found and whether it was helpful. When the Guide is active, message text is processed by TBN’s contracted model provider to produce the response and is subject to that provider’s published safety-retention controls.
Names and contact details should be used only for the route a person selected and any follow-up they clearly requested.
Sensitive requests require restricted access, a human owner, an appropriate retention period and separation from marketing or public knowledge systems.
Submitting a story is not the same as authorising public use. Permission must be specific to the intended channels.
Use TBN’s official contact route to ask how information is used or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
